The technical interview process is broken. It has devolved into a game of memorization and pattern recognition rather than a genuine assessment of problem-solving skills.
Companies expect candidates to spend hundreds of hours memorizing and preparation, just for some AI recruiter and application reviewer to auto-reject them.

By making this tool free and open source, we're advocating for a new interview process.
There is another similar project that costs $60/month. This makes no sense. That is literally taking advantage of your own people.
The whole point of something like this is for it to become ubiquitous. To do that, it needs to be free. Once the system is broken, a more complete, equitable, adaptive solution will thrive.
